       New Procedures On Clue & MVR Reports for Personal Lines
 Effective 04/15/2008, SLS Personal Lines Auto Quote Proposals will no longer include information provided by Choicepoint (CLUE & MVR) at the time of quoting.  WE are implementing this action to help manage the costs related to MVR report ordering, which can be very expensive.  Upon SLS receiving a request to bind the auto coverage, ALL reports will be ordered on all drivers. Your agency will be notified within 24-48 hours of any additional incidents on the reports that were not included in the original quote requested to be bound. The easiest way to avoid charges for the reports ordered without coverage bound is to employ best practices around report ordering. The carriers suggest to use the customers' self-admitted information for quotes and only request MVR reports upon your reqest to have issued.  We strongly encourage your agency to inform your prospective insured that reports will not be ordered until a request to issue coverage is made. Any additional activity on the reports could change the original quoted premium.  Any questions regarding this new procedure, please contact your underwriters.
 
 
  Oklahoma  Hartford Dimensions Auto Rate Decrease   
 Based on analysis of Hartford's experience and exposure in the state of Oklahoma, Hartford is pleased to reduce their rates in a variety of areas effective April 1st.
 
    *  Age categories where you see the most quote flow
    *  Multi-car with good driving record
    *  Newer vehicles
    *  Rating Territories in and around suburban Oklahoma City
    *  Rating territories in and around Tulsa
 
These rate changes are effective April 1st, 2008 for new business and for renewals effective May 19th, 2008 and later.
 
 
    Policy Inquiry Now Available Online With GeoVera Specialty
GoeVera Specialty Insurance Company is please to introduce their new on-line inquiry tool "My GeoSource" now available!
 
You can now get up-to-date information on your GeoVera Specialty HO3 or MEQ (Midwest Earthquake) policies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week right from GeoVera's Rating website.  You will access this new inquiry through "My GeoSouce" by simply logging on to GeoVera's website quoter.  Once you are logged in, you will notice a new naviagation tab Policy Inquiry & Management in the upper right hand corner!  Easy to follow instructions are attached to this email for your review.  Once you are in the website there is also a link to a flash demo that will help you navigate through the site.
