This week SLS will be implementing a new automated phone system. Our receptionist, Mary Crain, retired September 11th after 10 years of service. We all wish Mary a happy retirement. The new automated phone system will help direct your phone call to the appropriate person within each department to provide you with quicker responses to your questions. Outlined below is the phone directory system:

When You First Call:
Press 1 for Personal Lines
Press 2 for Commercial Lines
Press 106 for Accounting
Press 101 for Manager, Carol Partridge

When You Press 1 for Personal Lines:
Press 1 for Billing Inquiries
Press 2 for Underwriting
Press 3 for Endorsements and All Other

When You Press 2 for Commercial Lines:
Press 1 for Underwriting
Press 2 for Billing & All Other Inquiries
