Our parent company, Brown & Brown, has made the decision to merge us, as well as some other owned business entities into Hull & Company, LLC. Hull & Company has been a “sister” company of Graham-Rogers Inc. since 2002.

There are no changes operationally; this is just to simplify the number of entities that are maintained. You will continue to work with your current Underwriting Team. They will continue to leverage their knowledge, efficiencies and relationships to produce comprehensive and competitive quotes for your insureds.

Our agency license now appears as “Hull & Company, LLC.” We are authorized by the States of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee to transact insurance business under the DBA or fictitious name: Graham-Rogers. Our carriers will be issuing policies and quotes with either “Hull & Company, LLC dba Graham-Rogers” or simply “Graham-Rogers” as the Agent of Record on the quote and declaration pages.
